Foster dogs will be kept primarily indoors and live as part of the family. They will not be left outside overnight. Foster cats will be kept indoors at all times. New cats can be kept in crates or condos until they have been tested. Crates and condos can be used to isolate sick cats but after this period cats are to be uncaged in a separate room or free roaming within home. *

I agree that a JB's Pet Rescue volunteer may make a home visit to survey accommodations available for my foster animals. *

I agree not to exceed my foster limit as set by the Program Coordinator. *

I would like to receive a copy of the Dog or Cat Foster Handbook. After reading handbook, I will let my Program Coordinator know that I agree to abide by procedures contained therein or ask for further explanation before being eligible to become a JB's Pet Rescue foster parent. In addition to the JBPR foster application, must be willing to sign the JBPR volunteer and foster agreements. *

I understand that JB's Pet Rescue is not responsible for any damage, illness or injury caused by a foster animal. *
